Contents of the Reiki training 1st degree:

🌟 Initiations into the Reiki channel

You will receive four traditional initiations (according to the Usui system) that will open and cleanse your energy channels, allowing Reiki to flow freely through you.

📖 Basic knowledge

You will learn the history of Reiki, the principles of life according to Dr. Mikao Usui, and the energetic foundations of this healing method.

👐 Hand positions & applications

You'll practice the classic hand positions for self-treatment and for treating others. You'll learn to consciously sense and direct energy.

🧘‍♀ Mindfulness & Self-Healing

The focus is especially on yourself: Daily self-treatment is a central component of the first degree – it promotes your health, grounding, and inner balance.

💬 Exchange & Practice

Space for questions, intuitive perception, initial experiences and joint practice round off the seminar.
